		<description>Um. You do know that that is not an OS thing? cp is just another program. Really, if you want something to do that, then write it yourself. It shouldn't take more than an hour, even to revise the C. 

Btw, I saw Gentoo packages for OSX. I'm sure someone has written something like that. Actually, i'm pretty sure wget does resumes!</description>
